We will stage and take photos of your properties and post ads on social networks and marketplaces. We also work with several real estate agencies in Morocco.
Screening
We screen potential tenants and perform background checks before accepting an application.
Management
We deal with all the issues of owning a property, such as building maintenance, plumbing, electricity, etc. We have a team of vetted professionals who will deal with the problem without overcharging us.
Communication
We will be the interface with your tenants. You won’t ever need to meet or talk to your tenants unless you want to.
